Fenoxaprop-P-ethyl 69 EW is a selective herbicide with contact and systemic action, absorbed principally by the leaves, with translocation both acropetally and basipetally to the roots or rhizomes. Inhibits fatty acid synthesis. Post-emergence control of annual and perennial grass weeds and wild oats in rice, wheat, rye, barley, oat and triticale.
Rates per hectare –1.0 L/ha.
Time of application:
• Apply to emerged, actively growing weeds, 1-6 leaf of the weeds (up to emergence of 3rd tiller)
• Under stressed conditions and/or heavy crop canopy, early application will result in improved grassy weed control.
• Weeds that emerge after application will not be controlled.
Note: Treatment at the 3-4 leaf stage of crops and weeds usually combines maximum crop tolerance and weed susceptibility. Under stressed conditions and/or heavy crop canopy, earlier application will result in improved grassy weed control.
